This outdoor alfresco has a four speaker sound system that rocks the house during lunch or evening BBQs and then down comes the projector screen for sporting events and movies. The speakers in the kitchen, dining room  and family rooms can be linked (party mode) and the projection screen can be seen from these rooms; even winter footy is screened on the big outside screen and  watched from indoors. Inside the home the lighting is fully automated and  controlled from a 10” wall mounted touch screen, the CCTV cameras are also in full view with dedicated monitor. Music is most often playing in the living spaces and master  bedroom. Most of the 75+ million tracks available on apple music will play through this house at some stage.
